Privacy notice

What we collect

• Your name, address, email and phone number
• The ID we have seen (type and last four digits)
• Your alternative contact's name, address and phone number
• People you authorise to access your unit
• Vehicle or engine details, and insurance details, if you store one
• Payment records and correspondence
• Anything you send us through our website enquiry form

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We do not use your details for marketing unless you have agreed, and we never sell them.

Who we share it with

• Our accountant
• Debt collection agents or solicitors, if fees are unpaid
• The police, HMRC or other authorities, where the law requires it
• Our software providers, who store data securely on our behalf

CCTV

The main site entrance is covered by CCTV operated by SK Conversions Ltd for site security. Footage is handled by SK Conversions Ltd under its own data protection arrangements. Requests about footage can be made through us.

How long we keep it

We keep contract and payment records for six years after your contract ends, to meet tax and legal requirements. We then delete them securely. Enquiries that don't lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and in some cases ask us to delete it, restrict its use, or object to it being used. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
