3. What are the different storage unit sizes available?

We two different size unit to meet different storage needs, 10ft Storage Container for a few items to the larger 20ft units for household or business storage.

4. How much does it cost to rent a storage unit?

Our pricing depends on the unit size and the length of your rental. We offer flexible plans, from short-term to long-term rentals. For specific pricing, please contact us.

5. What can I store in my unit?

You can store almost anything, including furniture, personal items, business inventory, seasonal items, and documents. However, we don’t allow hazardous materials, perishable goods, or illegal items. If you're unsure, feel free to ask!

6. Is my storage unit secure?

Yes! Your unit is cover by 24/7 CCTV surveillance, high-quality locks, and restricted access to ensure your belongings are safe at all times.

7. What are the access times?

Our site is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm (excluding bank holidays) and we operate an appointment basis for Saturday access, the site is closed on Sunday's.

8. Do I need insurance for my items in storage?

We highly recommend insuring your items. We do not provide insurance cover for any items that our client store. You can arrange for insurance via a 3rd party provider, by way of a google search.

9. How do I make a booking?

You can easily book a unit through by email, by calling us directly or by coming down to see us. We offer flexible rental periods to suit your needs, and you can adjust or cancel your booking at any time.

10. Can I move out of my storage unit at any time?

Yes, we offer flexible terms, so you can move out of your unit whenever you’re ready. All we ask is for a 30-day notice period, and we’ll finalize everything for you.

No, we pride ourselves on transparency. All costs will be outlined clearly within out terms and conditions at the point of hire.
